We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Web Designer to lead the design and development of responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior designers, and ensure design consistency while delivering cutting-edge digital solutions..
Job Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Lead the design and development of engaging, responsive, and visually appealing web designs that meet user and business needs. Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all projects.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Creative Process Management: Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.

- Technical Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional web applications.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Provide accurate time and effort estimates for design tasks. Ensure the quality and accuracy of all deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus. Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap, Material Design, or similar.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and design best practices. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Skill & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive and visually appealing designs.
- You have experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X
- You have some previous experience working in an agile environment – Think two-week sprints.
- You are familiar using Jira and Confluence in your workflow
