Job Details
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms while learning and growing under the guidance of experienced designers. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design and eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Assist in designing marketing materials such as banners, social media posts, brochures, and presentations. Create engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project goals. Incorporate feedback from team members and clients into designs.
- Tools & Techniques: Use design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar to create high-quality visuals. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- File Management: Prepare and organize design files for production and ensure all assets are properly archived. Assist in maintaining the design library and style guides.
- Learning & Growth: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Take on new challenges to enhance your skills and understanding of design principles.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in graphic design. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools. Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work in a team and take constructive feedback positively. Excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines.
